Use of Facilities

Track and Fields For Community Use

Welcome to our outdoor classroom areas!  We are grateful to our community for these upgraded and renovated facilities and encourage use by community members.  Please remember that any organized group activity is by FUHSD permit only. The Board of Trustees passed a new Good Neighbor Policy in September of 2012. Please click on the links for the new Good Neighbor Policy  and Community Use Hours. California Land Management has been contracted to help us open/close and monitor use of the track and fields on weekends and holidays. Please help us keep these outstanding facilities in great condition by obeying the rangers and following the rules/hours of use.

Use of District Facilities

In order to request the use of a school facility it will be necessary to complete an Application Permit for Use of District Facilities. The form can be obtained by clicking on the Application Permit for Use of District Facilities form   on the right side of this web page. Complete the application fully and email or fax the school site listed below that you are requesting to use.

If the date(s) requested is available the on-site administrator will sign the application and forward it to our office. Please contact the school sites with questions about the fees for use of school facilities and insurance requirements. Thank you for inquiring about the use of Fremont Union High Schools

Synthetic Turf Fields

If you are interested in renting our new Synthetic Turf Fields, you will need to do the following:

1. Fill out a Use Permit and submit to the School you are interested in.

2. Read the Synthetic Turf Safety Guidelines

3. Read and Sign the Synthetic Turf Policies and submit with your Use Permit
