FUHSD Wellness Taskforce seeking additional members

In January 2016, the Fremont Union High School District formed the Community Taskforce for Student Wellness to examine a variety of issues that impact our students, including sleep deprivation, stress and school-life balance.
Following a series of 10 meetings, the Taskforce is now looking to expand the engagement process by increasing its membership to ensure all stakeholder groups and voices are represented. The focus of the work of the taskforce is to explore potential recommendations for addressing these areas of student wellness and some of the issues around the implementation of various solutions.
Interested parents and community members should refer to the attached letter and application for more information on the Taskforce. Applications must be received by 5 p.m. on Monday, January 23.
