Residency Verification Information

The staff of Lynbrook High School would like to thank all of our parents and guardians for cooperating with us in this important Residency Verification.  We promise to work as hard as possible to make this event easy and efficient, but some issues will arise as we attempt to register so many students. The entire process will go faster if you bring ALL required documents and forms with all required signatures and information needed.

Anyone without all required original documents will not be allowed to register.  Students are not allowed to enroll in classes for next year until parents have completed this verification process.

Our goal is to serve every parent as quickly as possible, however history tells us that you do need to be prepared to do some waiting.  Please attempt to arrive at the time indicated below, which will help keep the wait time manageable.  If you have students in both grade levels, please choose one of the scheduled times within your alpha group that works best for you.   If you are unable to attend on this date you will receive a postcard after February 25th giving you instructions on how to complete the process on a later date.

Please report to the School Library to begin the registration process.  Please enter the Administration gate (north end of school) on Johnson Avenue, proceed to the back, and park in the Staff Parking Lot, which is adjacent to the Library.  Look for our signs.

 8th Grade Parents:  Course Selection Nights for incoming 8th graders
will occur separately.  More information will be sent to you shortly. 

Students who have not completed Residency Verification
will NOT be allowed to register for classes.
Residency Verification WILL NOT be accepted on Course Selection Nights.
