Need a copy of your Transcript?
All transcript requests must be accompanied by a written request or a signed release by the student or designated authority. The District will accept letters, a walk-in submission or faxed request on the District's REQUEST FOR TRANSCRIPT form. The fee is Three Dollars ($3.00) for each transcript sent or picked up. Make check or money order payable to "FUHSD."
