VISIONARY GOAL #2: TEACHING AND LEARNING
The instructional program meets the individual needs of all students. The staff uses a variety of researched based models and strategies to make teaching and learning a dynamic process. All staff are supported and held accountable to provide the best possible instructional program and learning experience for all students.

TARGET OBJECTIVES FOR 2005-2006:

• Strengthen professional development
• Improve performance for under-achievers
• Develop student data system and build data analysis skills in staff
• Strengthen modern language program
• Assess alternative programs; explore ways to consolidate or better support
• Develop new School Improvement Plans
• Explore cost-efficient on-line learning resources to provide access to courses the District is unable to provide

PROGRESS IN MEETING OBJECTIVES IN 2004-2005:

• Began process to align School Improvement Plans and Long Range Plan under a revised school planning calendar
